At INNROE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be postmarked within the 14-day period.
Conditions of Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original labels, tags, and packaging must remain attached.
Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To change an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Refunds
Contact us at support@innroe.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Our team will provide detailed instructions for your return.
Once the return is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation of your refund.
How to Start a Return
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
