At INNROE, we currently offer Free Shipping within the United States only.
We are dedicated to providing our U.S. customers with a safe and efficient delivery experience.
Delivery Times
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Public holidays may affect dispatch and delivery schedules.
Shipping Options
We currently offer two shipping methods within the United States:
- Free Standard Shipping - Delivered within 6-8 business days. Available for all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required.
- Premium Express Shipping - Delivered within 2-3 business days. $20 flat rate fee per order. Prioritized processing and faster delivery through our express courier partners.
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on location and weather conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with several trusted logistics providers, including FedEx and other reputable U.S. couriers, to ensure every order is delivered safely and on time.
The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery address and order type to ensure the best service experience.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- Orders shipped via Free Standard Shipping are eligible for a Free Return Shipping Label.
- Orders shipped via Premium Express Shipping also receive a Free Return Label, but the original $20 express fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your parcel anytime through the provided link.
Undelivered or Lost Orders
If your order is declared lost by the courier, we will reship your parcel or provide a full refund.
If your parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier but cannot be located, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will assist you in working with the courier, but please note we are unable to reimburse stolen parcels confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
Shipping Restrictions
While we ship to U.S for free, please note that we are unable to deliver to certain U.S. regions and territories, including:
- Alaska
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Hawaii
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
- Puerto Rico
- Rhode Island
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Armed Forces Americas
- Armed Forces Europe
- Armed Forces Pacific
We are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
