We currently accept return and exchanges within the United Sates only, and offer free return shipping for eligible U.S orders.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be postmarked within the 14-day period.

Conditions of Return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original labels, tags, and packaging must remain attached.

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for the same style in a different size or color within14 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@innroe.com with your order number and preferred replacement.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return and ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received and inspected.

If the requested item is no longer available, a refund to your original method of payment will be issued instead.

Our team will provide detailed instructions for your return.

Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original method of payment.

Refund request are only available for orders shipped within the United States.

Original shipping fees for Premium Express shipping ($20) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

We provide a Free Return Shipping Label for U.S. orders within 3 - 5 business days after your return request is submitted.

The return will be arranged via UPS or  FedEx, and other partner couriers, depending on warehouse location and logistics availability.

Please ensure the item is securely packed and the return label is clearly attached before shipment.

Once your package is received, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
